I NEVER EXPECTED PEOPLE
from other countries to visit our pages, but since you do, I'll tell you a few things about our club.
We have our "headquarters" at a small town named Hokksund. It is about 70 km. (110 miles) west of our capital Oslo.
The club has approximately 90 members. Not all of us are AM-Car owners (yet), but quite a few of us own two or three cars. As you can see from the pictures, most of our cars are from the fifties, sixties and seventies.
Until January this year we were "homeless", but then we got ourselves 200 square meters (2400 sq.feet) where we can work on our cars. Above that we built a room with a toilet and a kitchen with a bar.
We meet every Wednesday at 6:30 in the evening for bragging, hot-dogs and coke.
Twice a year we are arranging a big meeting (big for us in Hokksund) where more than 100 cars from a big area attends.
In the summer (may/september) we are also arranging cruise-nights where 50/60 cars take part.
Apart from that, we also drive to lots of other arrangements in Norway and Sweden. (In Västerås, Sweden, they manage to gather around 10 000 cars over a summers week-end !)
